Return & Refund Policy for Ralphlauren Shirts

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The following conditions apply to returns:

1. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at quleissindia@gmail.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and for your refund to be credited to your account.
